1. Extract Mesut’s archive (3.92 MB) and copy 38240.cpk file to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017\download\
2. Open and select DLC in DpFileList Generator
3. Add Özil’s .cpk by Mo Ha as last checked, generate new DpFileList and enjoy game.
