and copy .cpk file to:
Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017\download\
b. Open and select DLC in DpFileList Generator
c. Add 45356.cpk as last checked, generate new DpFileList and enjoy game.
