Guide: extract the archive (20.07 MB) with winrar and copy .cpk files to:
Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017\download\
* Open and select DLC in DpFileList Generator
* Add .cpks by FR as last checked, generate new DpFileList and play game.
