- Update all Latin American leagues to Season 2024
- Replace PLA League with Major League Soccer (MLS)
- Replace PAS League with Japan J1 League
- Replace PEU League with Germany Bundesliga
- Replace CSL with Korea K League 1
- Add MLS and Liga MX Mexico teams to Other American Teams
- Add many national teams
- Add several UCL/UEL teams to Other Europe
- Add AFC Champions League Elite & Two teams
- Add classic teams
- Update miniface, flag and manager
- Add ML coach
- Changes to the 5-player substitution regulation in league

How to install
- Before installing, delete the old patch first
- Make sure you have deleted the option file and the old patch database file from the sider (.bin) or cpk
- No DLC 1-7 datapack required
- Double click "t99_2021_v7_setup.exe" and enter the password to continue the installation process
- Select the correct installation location
- After the installation process is complete, don't forget to regenerate DpFileList.bin
- Done
